NORTHERN AFRICA
Northern Africa is composed of: Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia and Western Sahara, all shown in dark green on the map. All but Western Sahara have a border on the Mediterranean Sea or the Red Sea and even it has a border on the Atlantic Ocean. Of these countries, Egypt has the most sway because it controls the Suez Canal. |
